Deposit Payment
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% of the total tour fee  is required at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date. This ensures your reservation is secured.
– Deposits can be made using any of the payment methods listed above.
– Please review your booking terms carefully before making the deposit.

Final Payment 
The remaining balance is due upon your arrival in Tibet. You can settle the final amount in:
– Cash: Accepted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) or US Dollars (USD) based on the Bank of China’s exchange rate  on the day of payment.
– Digital Payment: Use the same payment methods as the deposit.

Important Notes

1. Payment Deadlines
-Deposits must be paid by the due date to avoid cancellation.
– Full payment for bookings made within 20 days of departure  must be completed upfront.

2. Service Fees 
– Bank transfers: Travelers bear the transfer fee.
– PayPal or credit card: A 4% transaction fee is applicable.
– Wire transfers: $25 processing fee on China’s side.

3. Exchange Rate Policy 
If there are fluctuations in the exchange rate between CNY/USD/Euro, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

4. Scam Warning
